This low-growing perennial is deer-resistant and rabbit-resistant. In spring, it produces small deep-blue flowers that look like forget-me-nots. The flowers are borne on tall stems, making them excellent as cut flowers in a bouquet. The low clumps will spread by rhizomes, filling in spaces to be a good ground cover.
