Cosmos atrosanguinea "Choca Mocha"
Chocolate cosmos
A flower that smells like chocolate? YES! The Arboretum has grown this cosmos and the flowers really do have a dark chocolate aroma. Only 10-12 inches tall, these annuals do well in containers as well as in garden beds. Once they start blooming in late spring, they continue until frost. Deadheading encourages more vigorous blooming. Overwinter indoors as a tuber.
